Created as an alternative to imported Spanish toys, handmade "LeLe" dolls honor native Mexican women.

Measuring 14", they are dressed in the traditional clothing of the Otomí indigenous people, of Central Mexico, with colorful embroidered skirts, and "moños" or ribbons, in thier hair, all made by hand in San Ildefonso Amealco, Querétaro.

These beautiful toys show children the real Mexico, and are made to cherish.
